We work on a retainer basis only. All services must be paid for in advance. When the retainer fees have been expended all investigation will cease until additional funds have been placed into the client account. Retainer fees are established as minimum estimates for requested services. All database fees and miscellaneous expenses (ie. film, processing, entrance fees, shipping fees, tolls, parking, etc.) are in addition to general investigation fees. Retainers are non-refundable. You must also be aware that, due to recent changes in the law, some searches require a court order or judgment in order to legally obtain the information.
