Asset Investigations are used to find assets for purposes such as inheritance, due diligence, undue affluence, locating hidden assets, or for garnishments. Of course other reasons exist but usually people are trying to track down assets in order to recover a loss or judgment.
There is no standard asset investigation that is used in every case. Asset Investigations are designed to be flexible based on the situation and requirements of each client. Assets include money, real property, stocks, bonds, insurance, jewelry, precious metals, coins, stamps, art, relics, antiques, vehicles, pleasurecraft to include boats and planes, livestock, and business ventures.
At INTELLIQUEST we provide a list of the services and searches we offer. Then the client can make a decision on which searches should be conducted. If the client's knowledge in this arena is not sufficient to make good decisions we assist in explaining what each search will provide and the results the client can expect from that search.
Some of the asset searches available to consumers are:
- property searches
- motor vehicles searches
- pleasure craft searches
- bank searches
- stocks and bonds searches
- safe deposit box searches
- off shore account searches
- insurance/annuities searches
- time share searches
- corporation searches
- bankruptcy/lien/judgment searches
The above list is not all inclusive. You must also be aware that, due to recent changes in the law, some searches require a court order or judgment in order to legally obtain the information. Contact us to get a quote for the type of asset investigation in which you are interested.
We will be more than happy to satisfy your asset search needs. We do pre-screen potential clients to determine the reasons for their requests for services. |
